At PinkCherry Canada, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
